• The product delivered was damaged or spoiled upon arrival
• The wrong item was delivered
• Order was cancelled before dispatch

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Customer provides an incorrect delivery address
• Products returned after being used or tampered with
• Requests made beyond 24 hours of delivery
